Group Summary Editor

The Group Summary Editor enables you view document counts based on grouped fields.

To view the Group Summary menu

  • Right-click a grouped Column Header in the grouping row and select Group Summary Editor.
  • On the Items tab, select the summary information you want to view:
    • Max: The highest document count value of selected field.
    • Min: The lowest document count value of selected field.
    • Average: The average document count value of selected field.
    • Sum: The total document count value of selected field.
  • If you want to view a tally, select Count.
  • Click OK.

To view the Group Summary menu

  • Right-click a grouped Column Header in the grouping row and select Group Summary Editor.
  • On the Group Summary Editor window, click the Order tab.
  • On the Items tab, use the up and down arrow to arrange the horizontal order of the summaries on the Document Grid View.
  • Click OK.
