System Requirements
ReadySuite is designed to run on Microsoft Windows based operating systems starting with Windows 10 or later. Requirements also include the Microsoft .NET 10 Desktop Runtime and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable.
The installers include the required components below but we recommend installing them before running the installation.

Memory
We recommend at least 4GB of memory. The size of the load files imported will affect this recommendation. Typically, you should have 2x the size of the largest load file for optimal performance. Note separate requirements for chat projects (Microsoft Teams via Purview, Slack, Google Vault) are below.
Chat Data
Chat data sources when starting a Chat Project in ReadySuite have memory requirements that scale with event count, per the table below. Memory estimates include headroom for conversations, participants, extended properties, reactions, edits, and the import process. Figures are based on an average of 30,000 conversations and 10,000 participants per 1 million events.
