Pivot View Menu

The Pivot View menu enables you to quickly access the Filter Editor and manage filters applied to the Pivot View.

To view the Pivot View menu

• Right-click a Drop ... Here header.

Pivot View menu commands

Reload Data: Refresh the Pivot Grid with updates.

Show Field List: Opens the PivotGrid Field List dialog box.

Hide Field List: Closes the PivotGrid Field List dialog box.

Show Filter Editor: Opens the Filter Editor dialog box.

To view the PivotGrid Field List

1. Do one of the following:
• Open the Pivot View menu and select Show Field List.
• In the ReadySuite ribbon, click Pivot View > Fields.



2. Drag the top edge of the Show Field List dialog box to view the list of available fields.
